The evening started on a serious note with pages of figures projected for the staff’s consumption. En. Yunus highlighted the importance of pooling all resources in working towards achieving the targets especially now when the global cargo market is not faring too well.

The staff was then praised on their commitment to Maskargo as he presented the result of the People Engagement Survey. “The Maskargo community is a happy lot and it is evident that they would go all out in contributing their effort and energy to improve the company”, said Mohd Yunus.

The iCAN program was also introduced to the staff. Led by Pn. Maizatul Azura Ahamad, Maskargo’s Head of Human Resources, the iCAN video was played before the individual behaviours were explained by En. Ahmad Luqman Azmi – SVP Global Sales & Government Affairs, Pn. Ong Ai Lin – SVP Revenue Management, Pn. Noraini Samsuddin – Head of Finance and En. Yunus himself.

After almost two hours of serious matters, the night ended with a sumptuous dinner and entertainment by the station staff in the form of good old karaoke. Happy with the outcome of this trip, Mohd Yunus hopes to make this an annual event much to the appreciation of the staff.
