MASkargo Megatonners Celebrates 20/21 Top Achieving Agents

After a three year hiatus, the MASkargo Megatonners Awards returned with a vengeance on Friday 19 August 2022! Held at the Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel, the gala night was attended by 250 guests, including 40 MASkargo GSAs who were in town for the Cargo Global Conference earlier in the week. The event was graced by MAG Group Chief Executive Officer Captain Izham Ismail and Group Chief Operating Officer Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi.

The night celebrated the achievements of MASkargo agents from Penang, Johor, Sabah, Sarawak and also Kuala Lumpur. The top three agents with outstanding achievements for the years 2020 & 2021 were NIPPON EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, DHL GLOBAL FORWARDING (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD and WORLD ASIA LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD. Two new awards were included in the lineup this time: TOP CHARTERER 2020: NIPPON EXPRESS and TOP CHARTERER 2021: CHAPMAN FREEBORN AIRCHARTERING PTE LTD.

Once the official awards were given out, the night continued with lucky draw prizes ranging from exclusive Firefly and MASwings merchandise and tickets, electrical household items to electronic gadgets. Grand prizes for the lucky draw were 02 business class tickets to Haneda. However, just before the night ended, Captain Izham decided to surprise everyone in the hall by adding 02 business class tickets to London for lucky draw!
